Job Description
What You'll Do Project Scoping and Intake:
Partner with Charging, Sales, Recruiting, Demand Generation other internal teams to define, prioritize and scope content projects across the organizationStrategic Alignment:
Maintain ongoing communication with leadership to ensure project priorities reflect business objectives and surface capacity or resourcing constraintsMilestone Planning and Accountability:
Establish project milestones and delivery dates, maintaining clear accountability and surfacing risks early to keep initiatives on trackEnd-to-End Project Ownership:
Track content initiatives from kickoff through delivery, maintaining visibility into timelines, dependencies and delivery health across all phasesAsset Coordination and Delivery:
Manage review cycles, copy delivery and handoff of creative assets and design files to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards and specifications are metCross-functional Coordination:
Serve as the connective tissue between Creative, UX and Content teams, proactively identifying and resolving blockersGlobal Team Enablement:
Facilitate workflows and communication across distributed teams in multiple time zonesStatus Reporting:

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
