Head of Content and Audience Engagement Peacemakers Studios Los Angeles, CA Job Details Contract $1,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork YouTube Organizational skills TikTok Instagram Full Job Description We are an emerging Los Angeles-based independent production company developing an original vertical series for social media distribution, with plans to expand into longer-form television. We are seeking a Head of Content and Audience Engagement to help document the development and production process while assisting with audience-building and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone interested in independent filmmaking, digital content creation, and gaining experience with a growing production company from development through principal photography. Responsibilities Behind-the-Scenes Coverage Capture behind-the-scenes footage during production meetings, development activities, and company events Document principal photography (approximately 4 shoot days) Identify and capture interesting moments that help tell the story of the production process Organize and deliver captured footage to the production team Content Planning Assist in developing a social media content strategy Create a recommended posting schedule and content calendar Help identify promotional opportunities and content themes Provide recommendations for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and related platforms Production Support Collaborate with producers and creative team members Help maintain a consistent visual and storytelling approach across BTS content Assist with light editing and clip selection when needed Time Commitment This is a light-commitment, project-based position . Approximately 3-5 hours per week during development and pre-production Approximately 4 days of coverage during principal photography Flexible scheduling Estimated project duration: 3-4 months
Compensation Compensation:
Flat project stipend. Compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates. We encourage applicants at all experience levels to apply .
