ABOUT AMERICAN RIVER HEALTHCARE
At American River Healthcare, we serve patients and families across six lines of business: Home Care, Companion Care, Hospice, Provider Services, Infusion, and Advance Care at Home. Our mission is built on compassion, innovation, and community connection — and our digital presence is a vital extension of that mission. We're looking for a creative, driven Digital Content Manager to help tell our story across every platform and channel — from social media to websites to on-the-ground event coverage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Manage and maintain content across 24 social media pages and support updates for 6 divisional websites Capture real-time content at community events, patient initiatives, team celebrations, and healthcare campaigns Edit short-form videos, reels, graphics, and marketing materials Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations teams across all six divisions Develop monthly content calendars and lead creative campaign strategy Write captions, blogs, employee spotlights, patient stories, and promotional materials Monitor social trends and identify opportunities to grow engagement and brand awareness Maintain brand consistency while adapting content style for different audiences and service lines Support recruiting campaigns, community outreach, and internal culture initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or branding Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for compelling storytelling Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms Comfort filming and interviewing staff, leadership, and community partners Excellent writing and communication skills across formats and audiences Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Self-starter mindset with creative vision, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Healthcare marketing experience is a plus — but not required. We care more about your creativity and drive.
BONUS SKILLS
Website editing experience (WordPress or similar platforms) Paid social advertising experience Graphic design background SEO strategy and analytics knowledge Drone operation, podcast production, or advanced video editing
