Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
This is a per diem position, 30-40 hours per week with a 9am-5pm shift. The content specialist is required to be onsite in Stamford every Tuesday. Support content ideation and planning for Stamford Health's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Attend weekly Marketing & Communications team meeting in Stamford. Manage weekly social media calendar and schedule posts in HootSuite; draft captions keeping in line with our brand voice. Pursue user-generated content - flagging opportunities to content director during weekly planning meetings. Monitor social media trends and flag any trending topics that could be relevant for Stamford Health. Bring at least three ideas to weekly planning meetings (referenced below). Respond to compelling comments on Stamford Health posts on all three platforms. Consistently deliver weekly analytics reports for IG, FB, and LinkedIn; research trends and insights to bring fresh, performance-driven ideas to weekly planning meetings (at least three ideas per week). Attend monthly creative strategy and planning brainstorm for Stamford Health content: brainstorming, developing, and refining iPhone-captured short-form video, photo, and graphic concepts that align with Stamford Health's goals and aesthetics. Edit short-form reels, applying an eye for pacing, sound, and storytelling that reflects Stamford Health's visual identity and brand voice. Collaborate with graphic designer/graphic design intern if extra graphics are needed.As needed:
Attend Stamford Health events to capture content for social media.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
