As our Digital Experience Specialist, you'll help ensure those stories are discoverable, engaging, and data-driven—turning insights into action and visitors into explorers. ing to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll maintain and enhance our digital presence for the Higher Education division. In this data-driven role, you'll create, manage, and optimize content while monitoring site analytics to identify opportunities that drive engagement, conversions, and SEO performance. You'll collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure our web experience is both inspiring and effective.
Responsibilities:
Website Management & Content Execution
Update and publish content across Sitecore XM, HubSpot, and Sitecore Content Hub, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Build and maintain new landing pages and microsites that support campaigns and key initiatives.
Optimize page structure, layout, and assets (including images and metadata) for SEO and performance.
Conduct periodic audits to fix broken links, outdated information, or publish errors.
Analytics & Performance Insights
Use HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and BrightEdge to monitor site traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Translate analytical findings into actionable rmendations to improve user flow and content strategy.
Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness and report on key KPIs.
Maintain and refine dashboards, tagging, and event tracking through Google Tag Manager.
Search Engine Optimization
Monitor SEO diagnostics and implement on-page optimizations to improve visibility and search performance.
Work with content creators to integrate relevant keywords and follow SEO best practices.
Ensure technical SEO elements—such as redirects, alt text, canonical tags, and structured data—are consistently applied.
Continuous Improvement
Identify trends in content performance, UX behavior, and user intent to guide enhancements.
Partner with design and development teams to test new layouts, calls to action, and interactive elements.
Rmend new content types or page structures to strengthen engagement and lead generation.
Supporternance by maintaining clear documentation for content workflows, tagging, and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in web content management, analytics, or digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
Experience managing SEO or analytics projects in higher education, travel, or consumer marketing is preferred.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing tools is preferred.
Experience creating or maintaining data dashboards or campaign reports is preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and content optimization.
Working kledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BrightEdge (or similar SEO/analytics platforms).
Proficiency with CMS tools such as Sitecore XM and HubSpot; experience with Sitecore Content Hub a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic technical troubleshooting for web content.
Ability to interpret data and present insights in clear, actionable ways.
Excellent attention to detail,anizational skills, and content quality assurance
Strong writtenmunication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
