$20-$25 per hour (Based on Experience) About Us MTech Performance is a fast growing European performance shop & collision shop specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and exotic vehicle performance upgrades, tuning, fabrication, and content creation. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help document the daily shop environment and turn it into engaging social media content. This is not a basic "post memes" social media role. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, attention retention, B-Roll and how to create content that keeps viewers engaged. Responsibilities Capture daily photo and video content inside the shop Film customer vehicles, installs, dyno sessions, exhaust clips, tuning sessions, behind-the-scenes content, and shop culture Edit and post content across: Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube Shorts Upload and organize raw footage using Dropbox Follow internal SOPs and content workflows Write captions and create posts that tell a story and keep viewers engaged Understand hooks, pacing, and audience retention within short-form content Maintain a consistent posting schedule Work closely with the MTech team to identify trending content opportunities Requirements Experience managing business social media accounts Comfortable filming with smartphones and cameras Basic to intermediate video editing skills Understands short form content and storytelling Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Organized and able to manage raw media files through Dropbox Able to follow directions and SOPs Reliable, self motivated, and punctual Automotive knowledge is a major plus but not required Understanding of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and performance car culture is preferred Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Understands what makes content go viral Can turn ordinary shop footage into engaging content Knows how to capture emotion, sound, motion, and storytelling within a post Can work independently without constant supervision Enjoys automotive culture and high performance vehicles Schedule Options We are flexible depending on experience and availability: Option 1 Monday through Friday 3-4 hours per day Option 2 3 days per week Extended hours depending on workload Pay $20 - $25 per hour Based on experience, skill level, and portfolio To Apply Please have: Resume Social media accounts you have managed Examples of content you created or edited Links to Instagram, TikTok, or portfolio work Brief description of your experience with storytelling and short form content
