This is an on-site role based in Broward County, working out of our main office and other local business locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) with engaging, on-brand content Shoot, clip, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and speeches Shoot, write, and edit content for multiple platforms Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes Use AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting

Qualifications:

Experience managing and creating content across multiple social media platforms Strong video editing skills, particularly for short-form content Ability to adapt content across different industries and audiences Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools Creative mindset with a sense of humor and willingness to think outside the box
