We focus on strong visuals, clean branding, and building a community around the identity of being active. The Role We're looking for a Video Content Creator to help capture and edit content for social media, product launches, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused on creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website. You'll work on product shoots, lifestyle content, events, and day-to-day brand storytelling. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their creative career who wants to grow with a fast-moving brand. Responsibilities Capture video content for social media, product launches, events, and campaigns Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and web Film product-focused content and lifestyle content Assist with shoot planning, shot lists, and creative ideas Help maintain organized footage and editing workflows Stay current on social media trends and content styles Work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in video shooting and editing (professional, freelance, internship, or personal brand work) Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and composition Strong understanding of social-first content Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Nice to Have Experience with After Effects or motion graphics Photography or product photography experience Experience creating content for apparel, fitness, or lifestyle brands Experience filming short-form social content Why Alter Ego You'll play a direct role in shaping the visual identity of a growing brand.
