Social Media & Content Coordinator (2 years experience required)

Ellianos Coffee | Corporate Support Team Ellianos Coffee is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our growing brand and franchise system. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager and marketing team to execute social media content, support campaign rollouts, and help maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content and structured execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Assist in planning and executing the brand's social media calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and timing Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, escalating when needed Content Creation & Coordination Write captions and assist in developing creative content ideas aligned with campaigns and promotions Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets (photos, videos, promotions, LTOs, etc.) Assist in light content creation (Canva graphics, short-form video, trend-based content) Franchisee Support Provide guidance and support to franchisees on social media best practices Help distribute content calendars, promotional assets, and posting recommendations Ensure brand standards are being followed across franchise locations Campaign Execution Support marketing and PR campaigns by ensuring social content aligns with launches, promotions, and community initiatives Assist in organizing and tracking campaign deliverables Analytics & Reporting Track basic social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) Provide simple reports and insights to help improve content performance over time Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content-related roles Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred Basic understanding of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) What We're Looking For Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas while staying on-brand Detail-oriented and dependable with strong follow-through Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to support franchise partners Why Join Ellianos Be part of a growing brand with a strong community focus Work closely with a collaborative and supportive marketing team Opportunity to make a direct impact on brand presence and franchise success

Pay:

$37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
