The ideal candidate is a creative and detail‑oriented content producer who understands how to balance storytelling with professionalism. This individual can conceptualize, capture, edit, and publish compelling social media content while maintaining brand integrity, legal advertising compliance, and a people‑first tone that reflects Burnetti, P.A.'s culture. Essential Functions, Duties and As our Social Media Content Creator , you'll play a key role in helping our clients and supporting our team by: Social Media & Content Management Support daily execution of Burnetti, P.A.'s social media channels aligned with firm branding and marketing strategy Content Creation & Video Production Capture photo and video content showcasing attorneys, staff, offices, community involvement, and client‑focused mission Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms Create promotional, educational, and community‑focused content in vertical and/or horizontal formats Edit, caption, and publish content compliant with accessibility, legal advertising, copyright, and privacy standards Brand, Tools & Organization Ensure all content adheres to Burnetti, P.A.'s brand standards, messaging guidelines, and image‑use policies Utilize firm‑approved equipment and tools Maintain organized digital files and asset libraries for future marketing use Analytics & Optimization Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversions Track engagement metrics including reach, views, interactions, and completion rates Provide creative recommendations based on performance insights Planning & Collaboration Assist with weekly and monthly content calendars in coordination with the Marketing Team Lead Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and staff to source stories highlighting the firm's people, values, and impact Firm Support & Events Assist with sponsorships and client testimonials Support firm initiatives such as community outreach, recruiting, recognition, announcements, and events Provide on‑site content coverage for firm events as needed Monitor comments and messages; respond in the firm's professional brand voice and escalate sensitive issues as needed Identify and curate on‑brand content from attorneys, staff, and firm events with proper approvals Qualifications • Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, journalism, or a related field preferred Experience & Expertise 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital storytelling, or related creative roles. Demonstrated experience producing short‑form video content from concept through publishing. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content practices. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar). Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on‑brand captions. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. A portfolio or sample work demonstrates professional social media and video content.
Pay:
$24.72 - $29.77 per hour
