We're looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator who is passionate about cars, luxury lifestyle content, and building viral social media campaigns. Position Overview We are seeking a talented content creator who will take ownership of our social media presence across: Instagram TikTok YouTube (Shorts & Long-Form) Facebook (optional) Emerging social platforms as needed This role is focused on creating high-quality, engaging automotive content that helps Prestige Luxury Rentals outperform competitors and establish itself as the leading luxury and exotic car rental brand in Florida. You'll be responsible for developing creative content ideas, filming luxury and exotic vehicles, editing videos, managing posting schedules, tracking performance metrics, and continuously finding new ways to grow engagement and reach. Responsibilities Content Creation Create engaging video and photo content featuring luxury and exotic vehicles Produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos Capture automotive lifestyle content around Miami and South Florida Film customer experiences, vehicle showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and trending social media concepts Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to the luxury automotive space Social Media Management Manage and grow Prestige Luxury Rentals' social media channels Develop and execute monthly content calendars Schedule and publish content consistently Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required Analyze content performance and optimize future content strategies Creative Strategy Continuously develop fresh and innovative content ideas Research competitors and industry leaders for inspiration Create content designed to maximize: Views Engagement Shares Followers Brand awareness Lead generation Brand Growth Help position Prestige Luxury Rentals as a leader in the luxury automotive rental industry Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities Mandatory Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience creating content for automotive, luxury automotive, or automotive lifestyle brands Strong portfolio showcasing automotive content Proven experience growing social media accounts and generating engagement Exceptional creativity and ability to consistently develop new content ideas Passion for luxury vehicles, supercars, exotic cars, and automotive culture Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms Technical Skills Must be proficient with: CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) Final Cut Pro (plus) Canva Mobile content creation workflows Short-form video editing Trend analysis and social media best practices Equipment Requirements Candidates must have: Current iPhone (high-quality video capabilities) External microphone/audio equipment Editing software and editing workstation Reliable transportation Bonus Qualifications Professional camera (Sony, Canon, etc.) Drone experience Photography experience Graphic design skills Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Comfortable driving luxury and exotic vehicles when necessary Ability to work on-site throughout Miami and South Florida Strong communication and organizational skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: ✅ Lives and breathes social media ✅ Is obsessed with cars and automotive culture ✅ Can independently create viral content ideas ✅ Understands luxury branding and storytelling ✅ Is self-motivated and proactive ✅ Brings fresh creative energy every week ✅ Wants to help build the most-followed luxury car rental brand in Florida Compensation Part-Time Position (20 Hours Per Week) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury automotive company How to Apply Please send: Resume Portfolio of automotive-related content Links to social media accounts you've managed Examples of your best-performing videos/posts Equipment list (camera, phone, editing software, etc.) Join Prestige Luxury Rentals and help us create the most engaging luxury automotive content in the industry.
