This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creativity with storytelling, understands luxury branding, and can capture exceptional homes through compelling content, photography, video, and drone footage. Responsibilities Create, manage, and grow social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Produce high-quality short-form video content and reels showcasing luxury homes, construction progress, lifestyle elements, and behind-the-scenes footage Operate drones safely and professionally to capture cinematic aerial content of homes and properties Photograph and film completed projects, job sites, team culture, and client experiences Write engaging blog posts, project features, captions, and website content optimized for SEO Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and project timelines Edit videos and photos for social media, website, and digital advertising campaigns Stay current on social media trends, reel formats, algorithms, and luxury home marketing strategies Collaborate with ownership, project managers, designers, and trade partners to tell compelling project stories Assist with branding, email marketing, and promotional campaigns as needed Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for luxury, real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred Strong video editing skills for reels and short-form content Experience operating drones and obtaining aerial footage (FAA Part 107 certification preferred) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software Strong photography and videography abilities Excellent writing and storytelling skills for blogs, captions, and marketing content Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills Ability to travel between Naples and the Florida Keys for project shoots and events Preferred Skills SEO and website content experience Experience with luxury branding and visual storytelling Knowledge of residential construction or architecture Graphic design experience Paid social media advertising knowledge What We Offer Opportunity to work with some of Southwest Florida's most beautiful luxury homes Creative freedom and ability to shape the company's digital presence Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunities within a fast-growing luxury brand Flexible work environment with a mix of office, on-site, and travel opportunities To Apply Please submit: Resume Portfolio or examples of social media work Sample drone/video content if available •Salary based on experience•
