We're looking for someone who understands how to capture the footage that makes great content possible.

Location:

Orlando and Central Florida APW Pro Services is looking for a Content Capture Specialist to document our projects, job sites, meetings, company activities, and day-to-day operations. This position is focused on capturing high-quality photo and video content that will later be edited by our marketing team. The ideal candidate understands how social media content works, can recognize important moments, and knows how to capture footage that tells a complete story. You will regularly accompany company leadership to project sites, meetings, and events to document company operations and create engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

Capture video and photo content on active construction and restoration projects Follow company leadership throughout the day to document operations, meetings, site visits, and company activities Identify and capture important details, interactions, project progress, and behind-the-scenes moments Record a variety of footage, including wide shots, detail shots, action shots, and supporting content needed for video production Think ahead and capture content that helps tell a complete story before editing begins Maintain organized file structures and upload footage to Google Drive Label and sort content for efficient handoff to the marketing team Assist with occasional office projects as needed

Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling Ability to recognize valuable content opportunities in real time Experience using smartphones, cameras, or similar equipment Reliable transportation Organized and detail-oriented Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently and follow direction

Preferred:

Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok Basic understanding of camera composition, framing, and lighting Interest in marketing, media, content creation, or business operations

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 2-3 days per week.

Compensation:
