Job Overview:

DS18 is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about car and marine audio, comfortable in front of the camera, and have a strong ability to create and edit engaging content for our social media platforms. This role requires someone who is not only a creative visionary but also organized and capable of managing content output across various social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop, film, and edit high-quality content that showcases DS18's products, including speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and marine audio systems. Content will include product demonstrations, event coverage, trend-based videos, and engaging storytelling.

Community Management :

Actively manage and grow DS18's online community by consistently engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and interacting with relevant posts and creators.

On-Camera Presence:

Confidently speak on camera to represent the DS18 brand in a compelling and professional manner.

Social Media Management :

Management of social media platforms, scheduling posts and live-posting from events, etc.

Trend Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to keep DS18 at the forefront of social media engagement.

Event Coverage:

Occasionally attend events, engage with attendees, and create live or recorded content that captures the excitement and energy of DS18's presence.

Budget Management:

Work within budget to produce high-quality content, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity in maximizing output with available resources.

Brand Representation:

Maintain a deep understanding of DS18's products and brand voice to ensure all content aligns with company values and goals.

Qualifications:

Experience as a content creator Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing and adhering to content creation budgets. Ability to travel to events as needed. Passion for car and marine audio is a plus.
