$30•35 per hour Are you a tech-savvy digital content professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology? Our client is seeking a Content Management Specialist to join the in-house digital team. In this role, you will be the engine behind digital storefront, managing day-to-day product updates, high-profile marketing campaigns, and major global product launches. This position is ideal for someone with strong foundational CMS experience who wants to expand their technical skillset. You will have a direct hand in shaping our digital publishing workflows, experimenting with light development, and exploring emerging AI tools to optimize the user experience.Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end publishing lifecycle on pushing daily product updates, seasonal marketing campaigns, and highly anticipated new product launches. Work natively within ContentStack (primary headless CMS) to structure, optimize, and launch digital content at scale. Act as a strategic partner between our commercial business units and technical development teams, helping to influence, test, and develop use cases for brand-new digital tools.Utilize your foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot layouts. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in light coding for A/B testing and play an active role in our ongoing AI exploration. Manage your own queue from intake to execution. You will review project briefs, identify missing requirements, gather necessary assets, and escalate technical bottlenecks when needed.
