No experience required. We teach everything. We are looking for someone who is: Great with people (warm, confident, friendly) Creative with good visual intuition Positive, respectful, and team-oriented Teachable and excited to learn Reliable, organized, and professional Interested in a long-term career Comfortable working independently after training You will be trained to create the high-quality real estate photos, videos, and marketing content used on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and agent branding channels. What You'll Do Capture property photos & simple video clips (full training provided) Visit multiple homes per day (2-4 on average) Work professionally with real estate agents & homeowners Follow structured workflows and brand standards (Full-Time) Grow into a leadership/mentor role supporting new team members Pay & Benefits $20/hr during training $25-$40/hr once fully trained Overtime + commission opportunities Mileage reimbursement All equipment provided Clear long-term career growth Schedule & Work Style This role does not follow a fixed 9-5 schedule, though most days we can keep you fully booked within your preferred availability window.
