Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to capture and showcase our projects, our team, and our brand. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content that drives engagement, builds our online presence, and ultimately helps connect buyers with their dream homes. Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Capture home tours, walkthroughs, model homes, and community features Develop creative concepts that highlight our craftsmanship, design, and company culture Stay current on social media trends, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant Write engaging captions and manage posting schedules Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to grow reach and engagement Qualifications Proven experience creating video content (portfolio or sample reel required) Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines
