Instagram Full Job Description About Us:
We're a new and fast-growing 3PL with a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses scale their eCommerce operations. We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Content Creator to be the face of our 3PL and attract businesses with engaging content on TikTok and Instagram.
The Role:
You'll come on-site one day per week to film and edit as much high-quality video content as possible. You'll have creative freedom to experiment with different formats and styles — funny skits, product showcases, educational content, trends — all with the goal of growing our audience and driving engagement & lead generation.
What You'll Do:
Film and edit original videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels Generate your own concepts and scripts based on what's trending or engaging for logistics and eCommerce. Stay on top of trends and platform best practices Utilize props, lighting, and equipment provided (plus your own phone if preferred) Optimize content to build followers and help drive lead gen. Potentially explore other platforms (YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels)
Who We're Looking For:
You love making short-form video content and know how to engage an audience You understand TikTok trends , Reels best practices , and what drives growth You can take initiative and work with minimal supervision You know about Logistics and eCommerce. You can edit videos on your phone or with provided computer/software You have a portfolio or samples to show your past video work (professional or hobby is fine) You are not afraid to show your face
Schedule & Pay:
1 day/week on site in Waukegan, IL 60087 Paid at $200/day (1099 Contractor) 3-month initial contract, renewable based on results Option for additional hours/days based on performance
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
