Description If you live and breathe social media, love great food and experiences, and know how to turn everyday moments into engaging content—this role is for you. This position is designed to be hands-on and in the action. You'll spend three days each week in our restaurants capturing real content—regularly rotating through all Indianapolis and Bloomington locations and beyond (as needed)—so being on-site and immersed in the guest experience is an essential part of the role. The other two days each week will be spent in one of our available office spaces. The Social Media & Content Coordinator owns the day-to-day social presence across multiple Finney Hospitality Group concepts. This role is all about bringing our brands to life online—capturing what makes each location special and sharing it in a way that connects with guests and drives them in the door. You'll stay on top of trends, think creatively, and make sure each brand shows up with a consistent, relevant, and engaging voice—grounded in what's actually happening in our restaurants every day. What You'll Do Social Media Strategy & Execution Manage and maintain social media platforms across multiple brands Plan and execute content calendars that keep things fresh, consistent, and on-brand Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form video content Ensure each concept maintains a distinct voice while staying aligned with overall brand standards Content Creation & Storytelling Capture content in our restaurants and locations—food, people, and experiences Identify trends and jump on timely, relevant opportunities Develop recurring features (think Taco or Burger of the Month, specials, and seasonal highlights) Support promotion of events, new menu items, and in-store experiences Engagement & Growth Monitor comments, messages, and guest interactions across platforms Keep a pulse on what's working and adjust content based on performance Look for opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and followers Brand Voice & Reputation Help maintain a positive, consistent brand presence online Monitor guest feedback and reviews to inform messaging and content Collaboration Partner with the Brand Marketing Coordinator to align content with campaigns and promotions Work closely with operations teams to highlight what's happening at each location Brewery & Promotions Support Support social coverage for beer launches and new releases Assist in promoting special events, partnerships, and activations Additional Responsibilities Bring ideas to the table and contribute to team brainstorming Jump in on marketing projects as needed Capture photos and video between scheduled shoots to keep content flowing What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices Ability to shoot and edit content (iPhone + editing tools is great) Creative eye with a strong sense of brand voice Ability to manage multiple concepts and stay organized What Success Looks Like Consistent, high-quality content across all brands Measurable growth in engagement, reach, and followers Social channels that feel current, relevant, and true to each concept What's In It For You Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Dining discounts across all FHG concepts Flexible, creative work environment Opportunity to grow within a multi-concept hospitality group A chance to build and own the voice of multiple brands Work that's fast-paced, collaborative, and never boring Salary $50,000 - $55,000 per year
