Senior Content Producer Pay Rate:
Up to $77/hour We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Producer to support UX Content Strategy initiatives for a leading healthcare technology organization. This temporary role is ideal for a content operations professional with strong program management skills and experience scaling content workflows across digital product teams. In this role, you will lead content operations, streamline workflows, and support content strategists and technical writers across multiple product experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality content delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end content production workflows from planning through publishing
Build scalable systems for content intake, prioritization, tracking, and governance
Lead cross-functional content initiatives across digital product teams
Optimize content management tools, CMS platforms, and workflow systems
Establish content standards, QA processes, and approval workflows
Support UX writing, technical documentation, and content design operations
Track operational metrics and improve content delivery efficiency
Create dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting for content initiatives
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in content operations, UX content, content production, or related fields
Strong program and project management experience across multiple workstreams
Experience with
CMS/CCMS
platforms, Figma, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools
Understanding of UX writing, technical writing, and digital product development
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience supporting UX or product teams preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
