Content Creator / Social Media Manager - Fishing & Outdoor Industry Tomo's Tackle is looking for a creative and motivated content creator to help grow our social media presence and brand identity in the premium fishing industry. We specialize in high-end Japanese fishing tackle and cater to passionate anglers across the United States and internationally. We are looking for someone who understands modern social media content and can help create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. This is not just a "posting" job — we are looking for someone who can help build a strong fishing and outdoor media presence around our brand. Responsibilities Take high-quality photos and videos of fishing tackle, products, customers, and fishing-related activities Create and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Edit product photos and lifestyle content Create engaging social media posts and captions Help plan and organize content ideas and posting schedules Assist with growing engagement and brand awareness Cover fishing trips, events, product arrivals, and behind-the-scenes content Occasionally assist with customer catch reposts and community engagement Preferred Qualifications Experience with photography and videography Experience editing videos for social media Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content trends Basic understanding of fishing or outdoor culture is strongly preferred Passion for fishing is a major plus Experience using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas Strong attention to detail and visual presentation Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Understands how to create content that performs well on social media Has a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling Is interested in fishing, outdoor lifestyle, or adventure content Can help elevate our brand image beyond standard product posts Is reliable, organized, and creative Position Details Part-time available Flexible schedule possible Based in Salem Massachusetts $20/hour Please include: Resume Portfolio or social media accounts Examples of photo/video work Any fishing or outdoor-related content experience We are especially interested in candidates who already create outdoor, fishing, automotive, lifestyle, or adventure-related content.
