Job Description

Description The Digital Content Manager role is a leader within the Digital Content & Experience Strategy team, responsible for defining and overseeing the multi-channel content strategy supporting the Consumer bank businesses including, Student, Checking, Credit Card, Deposits, Convenience, Mortgage and Home Lending. This role ensures a consistent, differentiated, and credible voice across channels, one that strengthens brand authority, drives engagement, and supports business growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Enterprise Content, this person sets the overarching content strategy for these businesses and leads a team of content strategists to translate complex financial insights into compelling, audience centric thought leadership that drive discoverability and earns trust. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across content strategy, social media, podcasting, webinars, video, and digital marketing to help partner teams deliver distinctive and relevant content experiences that drive action. Success will be measured through a balanced set of KPIs, including upper funnel awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and conversion. This role works closely with peers across marketing and corporate communications to align goals, ensure cohesion, and drive integrated execution. The successful candidate is a strategic, self-motivated leader with experience in consumer products, content, social, SEO, and digital marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead the strategic content vision aligning messaging to business objectives and audience insights to Mass Affluent and Affluent audiences, balancing multiple business priorities and relationships simultaneously. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content strategists fostering a culture of insight driven, audience first storytelling. Guides the team in leveraging research, data, and performance insights to inform content recommendations, with consideration for market trends, customer needs, business outcomes, and available resources. Partner with SEO & Discoverability partners to continually elevate content discovery across search engines, LLMs to build an authoritative voice. Lead regular performance reporting for business partners and the Enterprise social media and content strategy team to assess impact and optimize future plans . Partner with internal teams and external agencies to execute approved strategies on time and within budget. Support budget planning, commitment, and billing processes related to content and social execution. Build strong cross functional relationships, operate independently, and manage project execution, deliverables, and additional ‑ responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President, Head of Enterprise Content. Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing multiple content marketing initiatives simultaneously. Strong ability to prioritize and adapt deliverables in response to evolving market conditions and business needs. Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic marketing decisions. Deep curiosity and understanding of content strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital channel opportunities. Adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Experience with financial content marketing preferred. 6-8 years of progressive experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per

M-F 8-5 In office 4 days remote 1 day. This role can be located in Boston MA, Westwood MA, New York NY, or Pittsburgh PA. Relocation not available. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
