Our promise is "skincare you can read": editorial, not influencer; quiet, not loud. We're scaling from an Amazon-native business into paid social, owned commerce, and retail — and we're hiring the creative engine that will carry the brand across every screen. The role We're looking for a Content Producer — a video-first creative who can both make world-class short-form content and run the system that produces it at volume. You'll own the creative that fuels our paid-social testing and build an Instagram and TikTok presence beautiful enough to scale with real budget.
This is a maker-and-manager role:
you shoot, you script, you direct creators, and you ship — fast, on-brand, and at scale.
A note on scope:
This role produces and directs content. It does not run Meta Ads Manager or own ad budgets and campaigns — that sits with our paid-media function. Your job is to make the content that engine tests and scales. What you'll do Produce ~100 pieces of test content per week — static ads, talking-heads, clips, reels, and AI-generated video — built for rapid creative testing. Build a world-class, aesthetically pleasing Instagram and TikTok we can scale with real budget. Shoot and record founder and product video on-site, with a strong eye for lighting, framing, and beauty/product detail. Write scripts for founder and influencer videos around trending topics and formats relevant to skincare. Source, brief, and manage influencers and creators to generate a steady stream of usable content. Run the testing cadence — feed winners to scale, retire losers, and keep the pipeline full and on-brand. Manage editing in-house if you have the skill, or coordinate with outsourced editors when needed. Beyond skincare — Greek Islands Restaurant We also operate Greek Islands Restaurant, our hospitality business. From time to time you may create content for it as well — appetizing food and dish photography, plus short TikTok videos with the restaurant staff. The range to move between a refined skincare aesthetic and lively, people-first hospitality content is a real plus. What you bring A proven track record producing high-performing short-form content for DTC / e-commerce brands — portfolio or reel required . A world-class creative eye and an instinct for what stops the scroll while staying true to a refined, editorial aesthetic. Strong video recording skills — you can run a shoot and capture founder and product content that looks great. Influencer sourcing and management experience. Scriptwriting for short-form — trend-native, fast, and on-brand. High output without losing quality; organized and self-directed. Nice to have In-house editing skills (a strong plus — editing can be outsourced if needed). A sharp sense of what performs in Meta ads and TikTok Shop / GMV-max. Fluency with AI video tools and the latest content-generation workflows. Beauty, skincare, or wellness category experience. How we'll measure success

~100 test creatives per week to paid social, plus consistent organic posting.

share of creatives that become scalable winners.
Channel growth:
Instagram + TikTok follower growth and engagement.
Influencer engine:
creators activated and usable assets delivered each month. (We'll set specific targets together during onboarding.) Location & schedule Based in Royal Oak, Michigan, with a dedicated workspace available to you anytime. Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 in-office days per week — quick meetings or pre-planned recording sessions. Actual in-office time flexes with the workload.
