JOB SUMMARY
This role captures and tells the story of The Saint Paul Seminary through graphic design, photography, videography, and social media management. You will engage with a variety of teams to share the mission of The Saint Paul Seminary in forming joyful, Catholic leaders who are seminarians, deacons, and lay people. This position is full-time and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications for The Saint Paul Seminary. It involves planning and executing multi-media content in support of multiple teams within the Seminary, management of projects and strategizing for social media platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and layout multiple print and digital materials including crafting copy and selecting images to coordinate with multiple teams and produce high-quality products. Capture photographs, videos, and plan digital storytelling for multiple events at flexible times. Manage social media platforms, curate and create content, engage with the platforms regularly. Supports planning and execution of the Seminary's internal communications plan.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range:

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fine arts, liberal arts, graphic design, marketing, or a related field Two years of professional marketing communications experience Experience in graphic design, photography, and/or videography necessary Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe, In Design, Canva), project management software tools (Monday.com, Microsoft Office), photography, videography, digital content marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn), time management tools, copy writing and editing (Chicago Manual of Style) An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted. The successful candidate will also have a strong background in and/or knowledge of the Catholic Church, with a demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Church and respect for magisterial teaching. Hiring will be contingent upon the successful completion of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul & Minneapolis' "E3" Requirements of Safe Environment Training (see ), including manifesting a commitment to follow the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct for Church Personnel.
