The Product Content & Creative Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing Milbank's visual brand and product content strategy across digital and traditional channels. This role bridges creative design, product information management (PIM), and marketing execution and ensures product data, visuals, and messaging are accurate, compelling, and aligned with business goals. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for developing creative assets, supporting product content workflows, and driving consistency across the Milbank brand and product verticals. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and implement tools that support sales initiatives and product positioning across distribution channels. The position also manages Milbank's product data model, ensuring alignment with internal and industry standards.
Education:
B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field with five or more years of progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Strong background in graphic design in digital and print Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience working with product data, catalogs, and PIM systems (inRiver or similar preferred) Understanding of digital marketing channels and content best practices Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content Strong portfolio showcasing previous work Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple concurrent priorities while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments Familiarity with CMS platforms (Kentico experience a plus) Exposure to SEO, analytics, or digital performance metrics Experience with AI tools for content generation or workflow automation Experience in Motion Graphics a huge plus
Duties and Responsibilities Creative and Brand Execution:
Develop and execute high-quality creative assets in digital, print, and sales materials Maintain and evolve Milbank brand standards for all verticals Support the Marketing team with campaign development including ads, email campaigns, landing pages, video and social media Assist with annual advertising planning and execution Have strong follow-up skills and timely responses to emails, calls, etc., with internal and external teams
Product Content and PIM:
Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams to create and maintain accurate product content Manage and maintain product content in PIM Assist in developing product descriptions, specifications, and supporting assets Ensure product content is optimized for website, catalogs, and syndication channels Audit published data to verify that it is current and synchronized in each output channel, i.e. InRiver, IDW, Trade Services, web, print, catalogs, content store.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives Translate business needs into creative and content deliverables Support regional marketing efforts with tailored assets and materials
