Job Description

We are seeking a energetic individual to join our team as a MedSpa Receptionist and Social Media Content Creator. This position is scheduled to work Tuesdays from 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM, Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM, and Fridays from 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM. Flexibility to accommodate schedule adjustments based on operational needs is expected. Your schedule may change as fill in when employees are out will be needed. Sometimes the shift can go as late as 7pm. This role combines receptionist and cleaning duties with creative content creation for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and skilled in both customer service and social media management. Located in
Hickory, NC Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff member. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the MedSpa. Process payments and manage client paperwork accurately. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed. 2.
Social Media Content Creation:
Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Create visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos to showcase our services, products, and promotions. Write compelling captions and posts that resonate with our target audience. Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices to enhance our online presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Requirements:

Receptionist Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with scheduling software preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is an advantage. Being able to keep yourself busy with work related activity in downtime. 2.
Social Media Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging content. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data. Experience in content creation, photography, and video editing is desirable. 3.
Additional Requirements:
A passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
