ABOUT US. NYRAC
(New York Residential Agent Continuum) is a trade organization for NYC's top residential real estate agents - built around ethics, education, advocacy, and community. We are a super small team looking for a part-time content creator who can learn our world (including the technical jargon) AND make it compelling on social. This is not a plug-and-play role. Our audience is sophisticated, our niche is specific, and generic real estate content doesn't totally work. We need someone data-minded and tech-savvy who will audit our current marketing platforms, create a strategy, brainstorm ideas, and execute.
THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY.
You'll work directly with our Executive Director to develop and execute content across platforms (primarily Instagram & ), and support the formatting and creation of two monthly email newsletters (HubSpot). Mostly Remote. Opportunity to flex creative muscles and try new things, with the stability of a corporate role. SCOPE. Smart content strategy, copywriting, graphic design, video capture, photography, short-form video editing, photo editing, email marketing, community management, and analytics reporting.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES TO START.
? Produce 1 post/week across IG + ? Support & Format 2 newsletters/month ? In-person event coverage in NYC (~2-3x/month) for photo/video capture Compensation to scale based on performance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR.
Strong writing. AI can be a helpful tool but does not replace human tone. Eye for design. Clean and credible - but not stuffy. NYC-based. In-person event attendance is required for capturing content (~2-3x/month). Self-directed. You can execute without constant direction. Data-oriented. Genuine interest in analytics and strategy to be informed by performance & metrics. Tech-savvy. Up to date on platform roll-outs and changes to the algorithm. Quick to learn new tools and processes. Equipment. You must bring your own equipment to this role - camera, mics, editing software, etc. >>
