Position Summary We're looking for a highly creative, social-first Content Creator / Strategist who lives and breathes internet culture. This role is hands-on, responsible for ideating, filming, and editing content while also driving strategy across channels. The ideal candidate can move quickly, spot trends early, and turn ideas into high-performing content in real time. Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Generate fresh, engaging content ideas daily that align with brand goals and audience growth Identify and act on emerging trends, viral formats, and platform updates Concept & script content from idea to final execution Film content on-site, in real-time, and during planned shoots Edit short-form and long-form video (cuts, pacing, captions, music, transitions) optimized for each platform Produce content that feels native, authentic, and engaging—not overly produced Support product launches, campaigns, and always-on social content Collaborate with influencers/creators to develop organic, high-performing content Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and reactive content opportunities Track performance and optimize content based on data and insights Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to different platforms and audiences Qualifications 2+ years of experience creating content for social media (brand or personal accounts) Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social trends Proven ability to ideate, film, and edit content independently Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of what makes content perform Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Passion for social media, pop culture, and the creator/influencer space Ideal Candidate Also Possesses Experience working with influencers or managing creator partnerships Background in food, lifestyle, or entertainment content Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking Photography or design skills Comfortable being on camera (a plus, not required) Why Join Carlo's Bakery?
