In this role, you'll create compelling digital content that informs, inspires, and connects our community. From producing short-form videos and social media campaigns to developing web stories and supporting streaming initiatives, you'll help bring Vegas PBS programming, educational resources, and community impact stories to audiences wherever they consume content. Position Summary The Digital Content Producer creates, curates, and coordinates multimedia content across Vegas PBS digital platforms, including our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and streaming outlets. This position plays a key role in audience engagement and growth by producing digital-first content that highlights Vegas PBS programs, initiatives, events, and community impact. Working closely with Marketing, Production, and Programming teams, the Digital Content Producer adapts broadcast content for digital audiences, develops original online stories, and ensures a consistent voice, brand identity, and high-quality user experience across all digital platforms. What You'll Do Create and edit engaging digital content, including short-form videos, social media posts, web stories, graphics, and promotional assets. Adapt television and educational programming into digital content optimized for online audiences. Manage and execute digital publishing schedules across websites, social platforms, newsletters, and streaming channels. Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-platform marketing and audience engagement efforts. Write headlines, captions, metadata, and promotional copy tailored to platform-specific best practices. Publish and schedule content using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. Monitor analytics, SEO performance, and audience engagement metrics to inform content strategies. Ensure digital content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards. Support pledge drives, community engagement campaigns, digital events, and special initiatives. Research emerging trends in digital storytelling, social media, and audience engagement. Maintain organized digital asset libraries, archives, and publishing records. What We're Looking For Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills. Experience producing content for websites, social media, newsletters, and digital platforms. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent applications. Understanding of SEO, analytics, social media performance metrics, and digital content optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications Option 1 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field; and Four (4) years of professional experience in digital content production, multimedia storytelling, or marketing communications. OR Option 2 Eight (8) years of professional experience in digital content production, multimedia storytelling, or marketing communications. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other major digital platforms. Experience using Google Analytics and social media reporting tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital advertising. Advanced training or certifications in digital media, marketing, analytics, or content production.
