What You'll Do:
Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms Develop short-form video content that supports both brand awareness and revenue-generating initiatives Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to ensure content meets or exceeds viewership and growth goals Track and analyze content performance, engagement, and ROI to continuously optimize strategy Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities Collaborate with internal teams while also working independently to execute content initiatives from concept to completion Bring innovative, fresh content ideas that help the brand stand out in a competitive marketplace
What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years of experience in consumer-focused digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, or a related field Strong experience creating, filming, editing, and publishing social media content Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and speaking to an audience Proficiency with social media editing and content creation platforms Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines Creative thinker with a passion for testing new ideas and identifying emerging social media trends A strong portfolio showcasing social media content, video production, and campaign results is required. Work samples must be provided for consideration Experience growing personal or professional social media accounts is highly preferred An established social media following and proven audience-building experience is a strong plus Passion for arts and crafts, DIY projects, or related creative hobbies is a plus

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
