Duties Develop compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Illustrator, and Creative Suite to create eye-catching visuals. Manage social media schedules and present creative plan to owners regularly. Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies. Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content visibility across digital channels. Perform basic photography and video editing to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with branding guidelines. Assisting with job site tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles. Any home improvement experience a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut and/or video editing software. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics. Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications.
