Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all HRI social and community efforts. Strengthen community relationships while achieving measurable growth in reach and engagement metrics. Coordinates with property and corporate marketing teams, as well as social media agencies, to develop, schedule, and analyze platform content. Collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement social media campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals. Sources, onboards, and manages relationships with social media influencers to elevate engagement and strengthen brand reputation. Monitors and interacts with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Analyzes social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI. Maintains and enhances all digital platforms, including websites, plasmas, and pylons, to improve guest experiences. Ensures all content reflects the brand voice and aligns with marketing strategies through partnership with cross-functional teams. Stays updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously refine strategies. Manages digital content within the digital asset management platform. Performs duties in varied environments, including office settings and casino floors, with potential exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Adapts to flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, overnight stays, and travel (on call) as required. Performs light physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software. Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software. Strong copywriting and editing abilities with keen attention to detail. Knowledgeable in SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices. Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead group discussions confidently. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to obtain and maintain any required gaming licenses and/or certifications required by applicable gaming authorities. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
