In this position, you would be a key part of the support team. This is not a remote or virtual position. All work activities are performed on-site at our main location in Germansville, PA. Digital Content Creator The Digital Content Creator will support the Marketing Director in producing photo and video content that showcases Grothouse craftsmanship, products, and collaborations. This role focuses on visual storytelling and digital content production for social media channels, website and digital marketing initiatives. Over time, the position may assist with social media publishing and community engagement under the direction of the Marketing Director Key Responsibilities Capture photo and video content in our manufacturing facility and on project locations
Film product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes processes, and interviews
Produce short form and long form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Edit videos using modern editing tools to create engaging, polished content
Photograph finished products and projects for use across digital marketing channels
Assist with organizing and managing digital media assets and project files
Support social media publishing and community engagement as needed
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute planned content campaigns
Stay aware of emerging social media trends and creative storytelling techniques Required Skills Experience with photography and video production (using DSLR camera, iPhone, osmo, gimbal, and other equipment)
Proficiency in photo editing and video editing platforms
Familiarity with social media video formats and storytelling
Strong visual composition and editing instincts
Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction
Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets
Familiarity with analyzing and reporting social media metrics Preferred Software Experience Candidates should have familiarity with several of the following: CapCut

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Lightroom
Canva
Adobe Illustrator Experience with social media tools such as: Later

YouTube Creator Studio Preferred Candidate Recent graduate in marketing, media production, photography/film
Passionate about visual storytelling and content creation
Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
Eager to learn and grow within a professional marketing team
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
