Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms. Visit our stores to capture high-quality photos and videos. Create engaging content tailored for different social media channels, including text, images, and videos. Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility. Create and manage advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to keep the brand competitive. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective audiences. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance. Experience with content creation, graphic design, photography, video editing, and public relations is highly desirable. Familiarity with branding principles and e-commerce strategies is a plus. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making. You're more into building stories than selling products.
