This is an entry-level role, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced nightlife environments, understands current social trends, and keeps up with/enjoys sports. Responsibilities Capture photo and vertical video content with staff, during events, game days, and special activations. Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories Design or assist with graphics, flyers, menus, and promotional assets as needed Collaborate with management on bi-weekly content calendars and campaign ideas Post real-time story coverage during major events when needed Brainstorm creative concepts for recurring programming, partnerships, and viral moments Maintain brand voice across all social channels Monitor social trends, audio, memes, and competitor activity for content inspiration Qualifications Experience creating content for hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, bars, or lifestyle brands preferred Experience in photo/video editing (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, etc.) Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social trends Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and some late-night events Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
