We are also launching DeviceWorksLab , our in-house factory and innovation lab, where we design, develop, assemble, and launch multiple beauty, wellness, and technology brands. We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and organized Brand Growth Manager to help build the marketing engine behind SpaceTouch, DeviceWorksLab, and future brands under our factory house. This is not a basic social media posting job. We are looking for someone who can help make the brands look bigger, more trusted, more active, and more desirable, while helping generate real leads, partnerships, content, and exposure. Role Overview The Brand Growth Manager will own the day-to-day growth, content, social media, influencer outreach, PR coordination, and brand storytelling for SpaceTouch and DeviceWorksLab. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across social platforms, reaching out to influencers and creators, helping secure articles and PR opportunities, using AI tools to create content, capturing behind-the-scenes factory and product content, and helping build brand awareness across beauty, wellness, medspa, spa, and aesthetic markets. The ideal person is creative, organized, hungry, social-media obsessed, comfortable with AI tools, and able to move fast without needing everything to be perfect. Responsibilities Manage social media accounts for SpaceTouch, DeviceWorksLab, and future brands Create and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar Film and capture content at the office, showroom, factory, events, and trade shows Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Write captions, hooks, scripts, product stories, and brand messaging Use AI tools to help create videos, product visuals, captions, scripts, campaigns, and content ideas Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, estheticians, medspa owners, spa professionals, beauty experts, and wellness creators Coordinate influencer collaborations, product gifting, affiliate relationships, and partnership opportunities Help secure articles, blog features, interviews, press mentions, and PR opportunities Create founder-led content ideas and help turn ideas into short videos and posts Build content around product demos, factory development, launches, trade shows, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes moments Track performance, engagement, leads, DMs, and campaign results Manage or coordinate freelancers such as video editors, designers, AI creators, or PR writers when needed Help make the brands feel premium, innovative, trustworthy, and active across all platforms Ideal Candidate You are someone who loves social media, beauty, wellness, technology, branding, and content creation. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, what makes a brand look premium, and how to turn ideas into content quickly. You do not need to be perfect at everything, but you must be resourceful, organized, and able to make things happen. Requirements Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, clinic, product, founder, beauty company, wellness company, or similar business Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video Comfortable filming content on an iPhone or camera Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, short scripts, outreach messages, and simple PR pitches Experience or interest in influencer outreach and creator partnerships Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, writing, visuals, or video ideas Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects Good eye for premium visuals, branding, and design Able to work in person in Las Vegas and capture content regularly Big Plus Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, medspa, spa, wellness, devices, or luxury products Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs Experience getting press, articles, interviews, or PR placements Experience with trade show content Experience creating AI videos, AI images, or product storytelling Experience with Shopify, email marketing, paid ads, or basic website content Experience building a brand from early stage What Success Looks Like In the first 30 days, you will help create a clear content calendar, start consistent posting, capture product and factory content, create short-form videos, build an influencer outreach list, start outreach, and help define the content direction for SpaceTouch and DeviceWorksLab. In the first 90 days, you will help build a consistent brand presence, create a strong library of content, start influencer collaborations, support PR opportunities, and help generate more visibility, traffic, leads, and trust for the brands. Who This Role Is Not For This role is not for someone who only wants to schedule posts. We are looking for someone hands-on, creative, fast, and excited to help build brands from the inside. You should be comfortable filming, writing, posting, reaching out, testing ideas, using AI tools, and improving every week.
