Content Creation Coach

Spotlight Talent Lab is a new fashion and entertainment industry development group focused on training and preparing emerging models, creators, and entertainment talent for professional success. We operate in alignment with a faith-based, 33-year established modeling and talent agency, A-List Models & Talent, which utilizes Spotlight Talent Lab as its primary coaching and talent development group. We are currently hiring a Content Creation Coach This is a hands-on development role focused on preparing talent for agency placement, brand opportunities, bookings, and long-term industry growth.

Responsibilities:

Train talent in social media presence and content strategy Help develop personal branding across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Guide on-camera performance, confidence, and storytelling Teach content planning, consistency, and engagement growth Support talent in building marketable digital portfolios Conduct coaching sessions and group workshops

Ideal Background:

Experience as a content creator, influencer, or digital strategist Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Ability to coach on-camera presence and branding Experience mentoring, teaching, or developing others preferred

Saturday HOURS:

Coaches are needed every other Saturday for at least 3 hours (11am to 2pm) for in person coaching and some weeknights for online coaching (normally 730pm to 830pm)
