Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist Company:
PureVue Home Services Location:
Southeast Wisconsin (Must be able to travel to job sites)
Job Type:
Part-Time to Full-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Compensation:
$18-$30/hour based on experience + performance incentives About Us PureVue Home Services is a fast-growing home service company focused on delivering exceptional results and an outstanding customer experience. We're looking for a creative, motivated individual who can help tell our story online through engaging content, social media marketing, and video production. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field, capturing real-world content, and helping build a recognizable local brand. What You'll DoContent Creation & Videography Travel to active job sites to capture photos and videos. Film before-and-after transformations, customer testimonials, and team activities. Capture high-quality B-roll footage for marketing campaigns. Record content featuring team members, equipment, and completed projects. Video Editing & Social Media Edit short-form content for: TikTok Instagram Reels Facebook YouTube Shorts Create engaging captions, graphics, and thumbnails. Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. Monitor content performance and recommend improvements. Marketing & Brand Growth Help develop content strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation. Stay current on social media trends and identify opportunities to create viral content. Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other platforms as experience grows. Contribute ideas for long-form YouTube videos and business storytelling content. Future Growth Opportunities As the company grows, this role may expand into: Managing paid advertising campaigns Running content strategy Building and managing YouTube channels Email marketing Brand partnerships Marketing leadership responsibilities
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience creating content for social media platforms. Basic videography and photography skills. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar editing software. Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Required:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local job sites. Strong communication skills. Ability to work outdoors occasionally while filming. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ideal Candidate You love creating content, understand what performs well on social media, and enjoy turning everyday work into engaging stories. You're comfortable filming on-site, working directly with business owners and crews, and helping build a growing local brand from the ground up.
