Job Description
We are looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Content Creator to manage and grow our boutique's online presence across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, while also learning and supporting basic in-store operations when needed. This is a hybrid role that combines content creation, social media management, and light retail support to ensure our brand is consistent both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Filming Come into the boutique to film weekly content (try-ons, styling videos, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes, promotions) Capture high-quality photo and video content for reels, posts, and stories Style outfits and assist with creating on-brand visuals Stay updated on trends, viral sounds, and content formats Content Planning & Scheduling Batch create content ahead of time (weekly/bi-weekly) Schedule posts, reels, and stories consistently across platforms Maintain a content calendar aligned with drops, promotions, and events Keep brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging consistent Social Media Management Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts Respond to DMs, comments, and messages in a timely and professional brand tone Engage with followers and build community interaction Help grow engagement, reach, and follower count organically Marketing & Growth Support Create captions, hooks, and hashtags that drive engagement and sales Promote in-store events, sales, and new arrivals through content Collaborate with management on campaigns and promotions Bring fresh ideas for content and growth strategies ⸻ In-Store Support (Secondary Role) Learn basic boutique operations to assist when needed Be able to cover shifts or step in during busy times Assist customers with styling and shopping support Help with organizing merchandise, restocking, and maintaining store presentation Support checkout or front-of-house tasks when trained Understand store flow so content accurately reflects in-store experience ⸻
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation or social media management Comfortable filming and appearing on camera (or directing others) Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.) Strong understanding of trends and aesthetics Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Retail or customer service experience is a plus ⸻
