CONTENT LEADER The Renaissance Day Spa & Alternative Wellness Fayetteville, NC | Full-Time | $20/hr | 35-40 hrs/week We are looking for a highly creative, highly organized Content Leader to help bring our brand to life across social media platforms. This is NOT a "just make TikToks" position. We are looking for someone who understands: storytelling content strategy social media organization filming coordination editing workflow posting consistency engagement brand identity and how to turn everyday moments into compelling content Our company is in a major growth phase, and social media is becoming one of the biggest parts of our marketing strategy. This role will help organize, capture, coordinate, edit, and schedule content across multiple platforms while helping showcase the culture, luxury, personality, and energy behind The Renaissance. This position will work closely with ownership, management, and team members across both spa locations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Organizing and managing a central content library Coordinating content submissions from staff Assisting with filming days and content shoots Capturing day-to-day spa content and behind-the-scenes moments Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Scheduling and posting content consistently Helping maintain brand voice and visual consistency Tracking content performance and identifying trends Coordinating promotional and seasonal campaign content Working occasional evenings/weekends during events or special promotions

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF

You are EXTREMELY organized You understand current short-form content trends You can manage multiple projects at once You know how to create content that feels authentic, not forced You are comfortable directing people on camera You understand luxury branding and aesthetics You can work independently without constant supervision You are proactive and bring ideas to the table

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You simply enjoy scrolling social media You struggle with consistency or deadlines You are uncomfortable giving direction or taking initiative You have no experience editing or organizing content You are looking for fully remote work

EXPERIENCE WE'D LOVE TO SEE

Experience managing business social media accounts Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly, Asana, Slack, or similar platforms Experience creating engaging Reels/TikToks Basic photography/videography skills Portfolio or examples of previous work
