Content & Social Media Manage Biz Boosters LLC Biz Boosters | Hybrid (Nokesville, VA + Remote) Biz Boosters is a fast-growing branding, website, and marketing agency focused on helping home service businesses scale. We work with landscapers, power washing companies, contractors, and other service-based entrepreneurs across the country. We are hiring a Content & Social Media Manager to help us grow aggressively across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more. This role will begin as part-time hourly and transition into a salaried position as the company scales and responsibilities expand. Position Overview Hybrid role (2 in-person content days per week in Manassas, VA) Primarily remote outside of filming days Part-time to start (20-25 hours/week) Hourly to begin, opportunity to move into salary Growth opportunity within a scaling brand Content Expectations . 2 short-form posts per day (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) 2 YouTube videos per week Content repurposed across all platforms Consistent daily engagement and posting schedule You will be responsible for ensuring content is edited, captioned, and posted consistently. ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Editing Film content 2 days per week Edit short-form and long-form content Create thumbnails and captions Repurpose content for multiple platforms Maintain organized content calendar Social Media Management Post twice daily to short-form platforms Upload and manage YouTube content Respond to comments and DMs Post in Facebook groups Engage with followers and build community You will not just be editing and posting content — you will also be responsible for helping generate content ideas.

This includes:

Brainstorming new short-form video concepts weekly Bringing trend ideas and adapting them to our brand Identifying hooks and angles that can perform well Repurposing older content into new formats Suggesting YouTube topics based on audience interest Monitoring competitors and industry content for inspiration We are looking for someone who thinks creatively and proactively — not someone who waits to be told exactly what to film. Brand & Growth Support Track basic performance metrics Assist with marketing initiatives Help support lead generation efforts Qualifications You do not need years of professional experience. This is a specific role and we are willing to train the right person.
