VIM & VIGR

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to own our brand's creative engine. This isn't a role where you wait for a playbook; it's a role where you help write it. What You'll Do Organic Social & Content Strategy Own the
Narrative:
Take the reins of our content strategy across all channels. You aren't just filling out a calendar; you are proactively seeking new ideas to drive community engagement and growth.
Produce & Pivot:
Film, edit, and produce social-first video (Reels, TikTok), and repurpose and remix existing brand assets into fresh, high-performing content. When plans change, or a trend hits, you're ready to adapt on the fly.
Test, Tweak, Repeat:
Constantly experiment with what resonates with our audience and what converts, and let that data shape creative decisions going forward
Leverage AI Tools:
Infuse AI into your workflow to push your output further and faster, using it to amplify, not replace, our authentic brand voice.
Paid Video Creative Concept & Direct:
Manage the end to end production of video & still ads for Meta and TikTok. Balance Strategy with
Empathy:
Strike the chord between platform-native content and high-performing ads. You excel because you can put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand exactly what resonates with them.
Scale Through Innovation:
Build repeatable, AI-assisted workflows that keep your creative pipeline moving. Own the
Feedback Loop:
Analyze what's converting, kill what isn't, and stay curious about new ways of doing things, even when current creative is performing well. Ambassador & Influencer Program Nurture the
Network:
Take end-to-end ownership of our Ambassador Program. You actively listen to our creators, ensuring they feel deeply connected to the brand.
Coordinate Collaborations:
Run influencer gifting, whitelist, and seeding campaigns that align with product launches and seasonal moments.
Drive Social Commerce:
Support our TikTok Shop vendor on creator activations, TTS specific campaigns, and commissions to maximize our reach.
What You Bring A Creator's Instinct:
Proven experience creating social-first video content (Reels and TikTok are non-negotiable) with sharp editing and storytelling skills. Curiosity for
AI:
Genuine fluency with AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, or video tools) for workflow efficiency. You don't always have all the answers upfront, but you proactively seek out the tools you need to succeed.
A Collaborative Eye:
The ability to take a beat and see the big picture—understanding how your creative choices impact other departments and working seamlessly with co-workers.

A Note on Our Interview Process We keep our process intentional and focused on how you think, not just what's on your resume. If you're selected for an interview, we'll ask you to complete a short, practical creative exercise: produce a test advertisement concept for Meta and walk us through your thinking. As part of that, we'll also ask you to map out a quick, AI-assisted workflow using Claude—showing us how you'd use it to move faster and smarter on real content challenges. We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for how you think, how you work, and where your curiosity takes you. Location & Schedule This is a hybrid or remote role. We give strong preference to candidates based in Missoula, MT, but we're open to the right remote candidate. If you're remote, you'll be expected to travel to Missoula twice a quarter, plus occasional travel to industry conferences throughout the year. We believe in a true four-day, 32-hour work week — because we work smarter, not longer. Salary range is $62,000-$68,000.
