The Digital Learning Specialist supports the creation and delivery of online education programs for ASPS. This role manages instructional design, LMS operations, digital media, and project coordination to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Working with internal teams, subject matter experts, and vendors, the specialist helps execute engaging digital programs while staying current on tools and technologies that enhance member education.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Project Management Manage the development and delivery of digital learning content, including eLearning modules, webinars, podcasts, and multimedia programs Oversee LMS operations such as course setup, enrollment, content updates, and workflow management Monitor course quality, accuracy, and compliance with accreditation standards and timelines Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts Develop and maintain templates, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency in course design and delivery Identify opportunities to enhance digital learning experiences and support implementation of new tools and formats Development & Delivery Design, build, and test online educational content using instructional design best practices Utilize eLearning authoring tools, video and audio editing software, and webinar platforms to produce digital content Support video and podcast production, including content preparation, editing, and quality assurance Assist with organizing and maintaining digital learning materials within the LMS Support execution of educational initiatives and represent digital learning programs at industry meetingsSALARY & BENEFITS
