Responsibilities Experience with video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts); comfort on camera or directing others a plus. Experience managing a departmental or project budget; ability to track spending, make strategic purchasing decisions, and steward resources responsibly. Design graphics for social media posts, event promotions, donor campaigns, newsletters, and in-center materials using QC PRC-provided tools (e.g., Canva Pro). Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories, testimonials, event recaps) that captures QC PRC's mission and impact. Capture photo and video content at QC PRC events, in-center moments, and ministry milestones; curate a growing library of authentic, on-brand visual assets for use across platforms and materials. Receive client and donor testimonials and stories from the Director of Operations (with verified authorization) and develop them into compelling content for social media, campaigns, and print materials. Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all digital and print materials, working within QC PRC's established brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with QC PRC's mission and organizational goals. Develop and execute donor brand awareness campaigns that communicate QC PRC's impact, build community trust, and support fundraising efforts. Assist with email marketing campaigns including newsletters, donor appeals, a nd volunteer communications. Identify and recommend opportunities to grow QC PRC's online presence andcommunity awareness. Manage the marketing department budget responsibly; track expenditures, plan for upcoming needs, and make cost-effective decisions for print production, digital advertising, software, and other marketing expenses. Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to the Executive Director, board members, donors, or other stakeholders as requested; communicate data and vision in a clear, compelling, and mission-centered way. Audit all existing QC PRC branded and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, signage, digital assets, etc.) for accuracy, brand consistency, and strategic alignment; update or redesign as needed. Establish an ongoing review process and collaborate with staff to develop new materials that support ministry goals as programs and messaging evolve.
