- Full-time Job Summary The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing & Digital Content Manager to lead the organization's digital storytelling and online engagement efforts.
This role is responsible for developing compelling content across social media platforms, managing digital communications, growing brand awareness, and supporting organizational marketing initiatives that elevate the mission and impact of the Club. The ideal candidate is a strong content creator, skilled communicator, and innovative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about youth development and community impact. This individual will also play a key role in mentoring teens participating in the Club's Work-Based Learning Marketing Track, helping students gain hands-on experience through real-world marketing and communications projects. This is a salaried position reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Events. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Content
- Lead daily social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Develop engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that reflects the mission, programs, events, and impact of the organization
- Launch, manage, and scale new digital platforms and content strategies, including TikTok and short-form video storytelling
- Monitor trends, analytics, and platform performance to optimize reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital platforms Community Engagement & Communications
- Manage and grow online community engagement through audience interaction, comments, direct messages, and community-driven campaigns
- Assist with development and distribution of newsletters, eblasts, and digital communications campaigns
- Support organizational storytelling initiatives that highlight Club members, staff, alumni, donors, and community partners
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather stories, updates, and content needs
- Support fundraising campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, donor engagement efforts, and event promotions through strategic marketing and communications Content Management & Brand Assets
- Oversee and maintain a centralized digital content library including photography, video, graphics, logos, templates, and brand assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials
- Coordinate content organization and archiving for future organizational use Podcast Production & Multimedia
- Collaborate with Club member-led podcast initiatives by helping spearhead production, content planning, promotion, and marketing strategy
- Support youth voices and storytelling through podcast development and multimedia engagement
- Coordinate production timelines, promotional content, and distribution efforts in collaboration with participating students and staff
- Identify opportunities to expand multimedia storytelling and audience engagement Youth Workforce Development & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor teens participating in the Work-Based Learning Marketing Track
- Guide student teams in producing real-world marketing and communications projects that support organizational initiatives
- Teach students foundational skills in content creation, branding, social media marketing, storytelling, and digital communications
- Foster creativity, collaboration, professionalism, and leadership development among participating youth Vendor & Project Coordination
- Work collaboratively with outside vendors, photographers, videographers, designers, printers, freelancers, and contractors on marketing and communications projects
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative expectations across multiple stakeholders
- Assist in managing marketing-related logistics and production needs for campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives Experience & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, social media management, or communications
- Strong understanding of nonprofit organizations, fundraising initiatives, donor communications, and mission-driven storytelling
- Strong photography, videography, editing, and graphic design skills preferred
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Passion for youth development, nonprofit work, and community impact
- Experience mentoring youth or working with students is a plus Work Environment & Expectations
- Must be available to work evenings and occasional weekends for events, programs, content coverage, and organizational needs
- Position requires regular travel between Club campuses and locations in Naples and Immokalee
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be comfortable attending and capturing content at community events, donor functions, youth programs, and organizational initiatives Preferred Skills

- 75,000 commensurate with experience.
