What You'll Do As a key member of the marketing team, you'll partner closely with the VP of Marketing to execute high-impact digital and content initiatives designed to drive growth, engagement, recruiting, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and execute engaging digital marketing and content strategies across social media, web, email, print, and paid campaigns Create compelling mortgage and lifestyle content tailored for borrowers, referral partners, recruiting initiatives, and loan officers Manage and grow company social media channels through strategic campaigns, content calendars, and audience engagement Support SEO and website optimization efforts through high-performing blog, landing page, and campaign content Enhance website pages and marketing assets with a strong focus on conversion and user experience Track and analyze performance metrics including website traffic, SEO rankings, social engagement, and campaign ROI Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to streamline content creation, reporting, and campaign performance Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives and brand campaigns Who You Are You're equal parts creative thinker and strategic executor.
