Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility of all published content. Capture compelling photographs and videography to enhance stories, utilizing basic videography and photography skills. Edit videos and written content efficiently using editing software to deliver polished final products. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach. Proofread and copy edit all content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and style before publication. Collaborate with reporters, editors, photographers, and other team members to coordinate coverage of breaking news and feature stories. Stay informed on current events, trending topics, and audience preferences to produce relevant content that drives engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in journalism or digital content production with a strong portfolio of multimedia work. Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail; familiarity with AP style is essential. Proficiency in video production, editing software (such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut), and basic videography techniques. Strong photography skills to capture compelling visuals that complement stories. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies to grow audience engagement. Ability to research thoroughly, verify facts meticulously, and proofread content accurately.
