$25/hour Aventura-X is a fast-growing retro electric moped company looking for a highly organized and creative Creator & Partnerships Coordinator to work in person from our Carson warehouse/office. This role focuses on helping grow the Aventura-X brand through influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, social media coordination, and lifestyle content organization. We are looking for someone who understands social media culture, aesthetics, influencers, and modern content trends. Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 10 AM - 3 PM at our Carson office/warehouse. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed for creator shoots, events, or content filming. Responsibilities Find and source creators/influencers on Instagram and TikTok DM and communicate with creators daily Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships Schedule creator pickups, deliveries, and meetings Organize shipping and logistics for creator scooters Send and track collaboration contracts Manage posting schedules and creator deadlines Track affiliate codes and creator performance Organize content folders and creator assets Help film iPhone content and social media reels Capture ASMR-style scooter content and behind-the-scenes clips Assist with light scooter accessory installs/staging for content purposes Help brainstorm viral content ideas and creator campaigns Requirements Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer culture Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable coordinating with creators and managing schedules Comfortable filming/editing simple iPhone content Basic CapCut or short-form editing experience preferred Comfortable working in person in Carson, CA Interest in vehicles, lifestyle brands, fashion, or content creation is a plus Ideal Candidate Creative and proactive Social-media native Strong aesthetic sense Highly organized and reliable Comfortable around creators and cameras Fast communicator and problem solver Wants to grow with a fast-moving lifestyle brand
