We're looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy content creator to help grow our HVAC company's social media presence across Southern California. What You'll Do Visit active job sites and create engaging daily content Film and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more Capture behind-the-scenes installs, technician highlights, transformations, and customer interactions Stay on top of social media trends, audio, and viral content styles Help build a fun, professional, and recognizable brand online Post consistently and help increase engagement and followers What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation/social media management Strong video editing and filming skills Experience creating viral or high-engagement content preferred Must be comfortable around construction/job site environments Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Outgoing, creative, trendy, and self-motivated personality Ability to work independently and come up with fresh content ideas daily Bonus Skills TikTok/Reels growth experience Photography/drone footage Graphic design experience Knowledge of HVAC or construction industry is a plus Position Details Part-time Flexible schedule Travel to various Southern California job sites required Why Join Us?
