Approx. 10-20 hours/week (flexible) About the role: We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to produce and publish engaging content across social platforms and track performance. This temporary, part-time remote role is ideal for someone with social media experience who can work independently and help grow our online presence. Key responsibilities
  • Develop content ideas and a simple content calendar aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Create original content (graphics, short-form video, captions, basic editing) tailored to platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  • Schedule and publish posts using social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Monitor engagement (comments, messages, mentions) and respond or escalate as needed
  • Track and report analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with Management team on campaign briefs and brand assets
  • Maintain organized files for assets and post copy Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience creating social media content for brands, agencies, or personal projects
  • Strong copywriting, visual design, and short-form video skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere/Figma experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with platform best practices and scheduling/analytics tools
  • Must have own Computer/Apps/Programs to do this Job
  • Basic understanding of social metrics and ability to generate actionable insights from data
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred
  • Experience with paid social ad basics and A/B testing
  • Portfolio or links to previous social media work What we offer
